Liberty Mendez

Liberty Mendez is a professional classically trained chef, freelance food writer, recipe tester, food stylist, presenter and food journalist. After graduating a 3 year Professional Chef Diploma course at Westminster Kingsway College, specialising in pastry, Liberty went to work as a pastry chef at the House of Commons.
