  • 1 tbsp vodka
  • 3 tsp white vermouth
  • ice

For the garnish

  • lemon peel

Method

  • step 1

    Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and shake for 10-15 seconds.

  • step 2

    Double-strain the martini into a small martini glass. Twist the lemon peel over the glass to release its oils, then drop it in before serving.
