Biscoff cake
Fans of Biscoff spread will love this decadent cake, featuring caramelised biscuit spread in both the icing and sponge, then topped with crushed biscuits.

Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthways, then transfer to a shallow serving bowl. Top with the ice cream (we used vanilla, chocolate and strawberry), whipped cream, chocolate sauce or melted chocolate, cherries and colourful sprinkles of your choice. Serve immediately.
